Zindo Constructions was established in 2001 as a small family company specialising in extensions and renovations. Since then our portfolio of work has grown to include large commercial properties, shop fitouts, new single and double storey homes, duplexes, granny flats and renovations. Over the last 15 years, Zindo Constructions has worked to successfully deliver projects across the retail, commercial, government, health and private sectors.

Khochaba Zindo

Founder & Head Builder

Khochaba is a Civil Engineer and Master Builder with over 40 years in the engineering and construction field. Khochaba has worked both in Australia and in the Middle East from small scale custom residential projects to large commercial and government works.. His passion is finding engineering solutions to difficult problems.

Robert Zindo

Junior Project Manager

Robert is a recent graduate and newly registered builder. Robert works to support the project managers in delivering our projects ontime and within budget whilst maintaining our high quality finishes and detailing.

John Zindo

Program Director and Senior Project Manager

John is an Engineer who graduated from the University of Sydney in 2001. Since then John has worked as Project Manager on projects across the retail, commercial, government, health and private sectors. A major part of his role is to make sure that our high standards are maintained, in accordance with our QA and WHS&R systems and our company ethos.

Diana Lazar

Client Support Officer

Diane is a our friendly Client Support Officer who brings passion and knowledge to her role each day. Diana

meets with clients each day at our office and helps walk them through the Zindo Constructions construction process all the way through to helping them select the right materials and pallettes for their developments from our material showroom. Her love for relationship building has made her a success in this role.

Edward Lazar

Project Manager

Edward is a highly passionate Project Manager with a focus on detail and quality. Edward has been with Zindo Constructions in this role for over 7 years helping to deliver small and large scale projects ontime and on budget. Edward has considerable business experience working in many organisations in Germany and across Europe.

Sargon Zindo

Project Manager

Sargon's responsibilities are centered around meeting with clients to discuss their project needs and providing them the all the information they need initially. Sargon also works with our architecture team to develop clients design and engineering drawings, guilding them through the approval process. He also works to provide preliminary project budgets based on concept sketches and then developing these into full fixed price quotes based on the clients final set drawings.
